Telesales Executive Belfast £25,500 Basic Salary | OTE £31,500+ Uncapped Commission We're recruiting for 3 Telesales Executives to join a growing Belfast-based business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing existing accounts, and winning new business. Working Hours * Monday – Friday * 9:00am – 5:30pm * No weekends The Role * Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio * Build strong relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities * Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity * Follow up on leads and enquiries * Prepare quotations and close sales opportunities * Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve targets What We're Looking For * Previous telesales, internal sales, account management or customer service experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales What's On Offer * £25,500 basic salary * OTE £31,500+ in Year 1 * Uncapped commission structure * Full training and ongoing support * Career progression opportunities * Friendly and supportive team environment If you're driven, enthusiastic and looking to develop a long-term career in sales, we'd love to hear from you
