The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of around 80 properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless service while maintaining high standards across your portfolio. As a Property Manager, your role will involve: * Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors * Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants * Completing all pre tenancy works for tenant's moving in and moving out * Negotiations and actioning of end of tenancy deposit releases * Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation * Dealing with Contractors * Organising and ensuring the security of keys * Completing inspections and property visits The Individual: * Experience of managing a portfolio of residential properties, ideally London based * Excellent Lettings administration skills * Excellent organisational skills * A strong problem solver * The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines * Strong written and verbal and communication skills * Proven customer service skills If you are interested in this Senior Property Manager position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion. *Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
