360 Machine Operative (CPCS/NPORS Required) Location: Leek Duration: Long-Term We are currently looking for an experienced 360 Machine Operative to join a busy substation project in Leek. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable operator looking for long-term work on a well-established site. The Role: You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently, carrying out a range of excavation and groundwork duties to support the ongoing substation project. Key Responsibilities: Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently Excavation, trenching, and grading works Assisting with drainage, ducting, and other groundwork activities Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance Working closely with the site team to ensure work is completed safely and to programme Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket Previous experience operating a 360 excavator on civil engineering or infrastructure projects Substation experience is advantageous but not essential Strong awareness of health and safety on site Reliable, hard-working, and able to work as part of a teamWhat's on Offer: Immediate start Long-term work Competitive rates Opportunity to work on a major infrastructure projectIf you have the required experience and are looking for your next long-term opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.
