Service Improvement Advocate 📢 📍 Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon (Hybrid Working) 💰 £33,163 per annum 🕒 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday 📄 Fixed-Term Contract until February 2027 Do you have experience handling customer complaints and a passion for improving services? We're looking for a Service Improvement Advocate to help drive positive change by resolving complex customer issues and using feedback to improve service delivery.
