Sector experience is desirable but not essential. Why Join? * For a Senior Recruitment Consultant this opportunity offers: * Up to £37k base salary * No cold calling or business development * No umbrella companies or LTD Company schemes * Team bonus with commission of up to 0.75% * Busy Driving desk with live vacancies * Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and 8am-4pm every Friday * Transparent weekly margin reporting * Shared on-call rota across a team of 6-7 people * Free parking or a paid parking pass * Regular team entertainment including golf events The Role * As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you'll: * Manage a busy temporary Driving desk * Recruit and place professional drivers into temporary assignments * Build strong relationships with candidates and existing clients * Fill bookings quickly and efficiently * Deliver an excellent service throughout the recruitment process * Work closely with an experienced and supportive team * Use a new recruitment CRM as the business transitions to Matchmaker About You * You'll be a Senior Recruitment Consultant who: * Has previous agency recruitment experience * Has Driving recruitment experience, or experience in another temporary recruitment sector * Enjoys building relationships with candidates * Thrives in a fast-paced environment * Is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team * Wants to concentrate on recruitment rather than spending every day making sales calls Interested? * If you're a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a role where you can focus on what you do best, while earning team-based commission in a supportive and transparent environment, we'd love to hear from you. * Apply today for a confidential conversation
