Role: Transport & Warehouse Coordinator (Forklift Licence Required) Location: Bishops Stortford Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00am – 10:30am (40 hours per week) Pay: £15.50 p/h An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Transport & Warehouse Coordinator (Forklift Licence Required) to join one of our clients in Bishops Stortford CM23. Benefits as a Transport & Warehouse Coordinator (Forklift Licence Required): * Immediate start. * Temp to perm. * Training provided. Transport & Warehouse Coordinator: * Coordinate daily deliveries and collections. * Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are ready for despatch. * Scan and process parcels and pallets using handheld devices. * Produce accurate delivery paperwork for drivers. * Load vehicles safely and efficiently within scheduled collection times. * Monitor daily despatch volumes and liaise with transport providers to adjust vehicle requirements where needed. * Act as the main contact for transport providers regarding collections and delivery issues. * Identify and report any orders that are not ready for despatch. * Produce daily despatch reports for operational meetings. * Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control activities. * Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse. * Supply production areas with materials and remove finished goods. * Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and warehouse organisation. * Follow all company health & safety and quality procedures. * You must have a valid in date FLT Reach forklift certificate. * Must have proven experience operating a Reach forklift. Must have valid FLT reach and counterbalance licences
