Temporary Accountant / Finance Manager - Immediate start

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing and successful business based near North Walsham, Norfolk. We are seeking a hands-on finance professional who can provide immediate support to the Finance Director and finance team while we recruit a permanent candidate. This temporary assignment offers the chance to make an immediate impact, producing monthly management accounts, analysing operational costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering meaningful financial insights to drive business performance. You will work closely with operational managers and senior leadership, helping to strengthen financial controls, improve processes, and support key decision-making across the organisation. Candidates may be qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience, provided they can demonstrate a strong understanding of management accounting and business partnering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone available at short notice who is looking for an immediate challenge in a growing business.
