Behaviour & Sensory Strategies: Implement positive reinforcement techniques and de-escalation methods to maintain engagement. Collaboration: Partner with class teachers, speech therapists, and SENCOs to track individual milestones in Ellesmere Port. Classroom Inclusion: Encourage social interaction and help build pupil independence during classroom routines.Candidate Profile Practical experience serving as an SEN Teaching Assistant or working with SEND children in care/community settings.
