In this role, you will be instrumental in translating business initiatives into clear execution plans, monitoring progress, and delivering high-quality performance reports to regional management. Key Responsibilities Support team planning and coordination, translating company initiatives into actionable plans and timelines. Compile performance data from various business areas to prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports. Track business progress, summarize KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management and procurement, to gather plan inputs and support internal meetings. Identify operational gaps and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and templates. What We Are Looking For 2-3 years of experience in planning, reporting, or data analysis, ideally within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data visualization and report generation. A solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs, with the ability to track and summarize results. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and strict reporting deadlines.
