Approved Electrician (Maintenance) West London £40-45,000 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Approved Electrician (Maintenance) to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering commercial and mixed-use sites across West London. Key Approved Electrician (Maintenance) duties include: * Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance * Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently * Electrical installation, modification and upgrade works * Working to SLA response and completion times * Updating jobs and reports through the CAFM/PDA system * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures * Maintaining accurate service records and reporting follow-on works * Supporting with additional multi-skilled maintenance tasks when required * Participating in an out-of-hours callout rota on a rota basis Approved Electrician (Maintenance) Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: * City & Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * AM2 * Gold Card * Experience within facilities maintenance or building services * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience * Good communication and customer-facing skills For more information on this position please APPLY NOW
