Interim Finance Data Analyst

I'm working on behalf of a large, private equity-backed organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation programme. Following a number of acquisitions and ERP integrations over recent years, the business is working on a critical finance data cleanse project and is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Finance Data Analyst to support the UK workstream. This isn't a role for someone who needs time to get up to speed. You'll be joining a live project and will be expected to hit the ground running from day one. The Role Lead analysis of large, complex finance datasets containing millions of transactions Investigate and resolve accounting data issues across a key UK revenue stream Work closely with finance, commercial, procurement, sales and technical (SQL) teams Identify root causes of data issues and recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence Support a high-profile finance transformation programme with direct visibility from senior leadership We're looking for someone who has: ✅ Proven experience analysing and cleansing large finance datasets ✅ Strong finance background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience) ✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills ✅ Previous exposure to private equity-backed environments is highly desirable 📩 Please send me a direct message or email me for further details if this is of interest, alternatively if you know someone who could be a good fit, please share
