Warehouse Operative MHE Upskilling - Bury St Edmunds - £14.44 to £15.33 per hour - IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE We are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operative roles for our client based in the Bury St Edmunds area.  Our client are a leading international logistics partner, specialising in supply chain solutions for a variety of brands   Hours of Work & Pay Rates Rotating every 2 weeks: 8am-4pm & 4pm-12am You will start on the Warehouse Operative rate of: £ 14.44 per hour Once Upskilled Pay Rates increase to £15.33 Overtime rates available   Requirements of a Warehouse Operative MHE Upskilling Experience working in a warehouse environment Ability to work at height for long periods of time - 18m high Basic numeracy and literacy skills Good and effective communication skills Role of a Warehouse Operative MHE Upskilling Accurately picking items using hand-held scanners Securely pack & palletise items ready for dispatch to customers Loading and unloading delivery vehicles manually General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment All work undergone is physically demanding due to the nature of the environment Securely operate FLT (hilop, mlop, ppt) equipment and adhere to strict health and safety rules on site Moving palletised goods around the warehouse to the correct locations Support with loading and unloading delivery vehicles Perform daily safety checks on equipment before usage Benefits of working with us as a Warehouse Operative MHE Upskilling: Ongoing, regular work Fun working environment Various colleague engagement events Opportunities for progression and training on MHE such as VNA trucks and hilops Permanent employment opportunities Free onsite parking If you are interested in the Warehouse Operative MHE Upskilling role please click apply.
