Earthworks Foreman Aberdeenshire An established civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Earthworks Foreman for a major infrastructure project in Aberdeenshire. This is an immediate start with long-term opportunities available for the right person. The role You'll be responsible for leading the earthworks package, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Typical duties include: * Managing bulk earthworks, cut and fill operations * Overseeing muck shifting, drainage and access roads * Coordinating plant, labour and subcontractors * Driving health & safety, quality and programme * Working closely with the Site Management team Requirements * Previous experience as an Earthworks Foreman or General Foreman * Strong background in bulk earthworks and heavy civils * Experience on infrastructure, renewables or substation projects preferred * SMSTS essential * Temporary Works and Crane Supervisor tickets advantageous What's on offer * Immediate start * 10 to 12 hour shifts * Weekend work available * Accommodation provided if required * Competitive hourly or day rate, depending on your preference and experience If you're interested, or know someone who could be a good fit, please get in touch on (phone number removed) or send your CV for a confidential discussion
