Job Title: Brand Designer About the Role As a Brand Designer, you will be the creative architect of our visual identity. Rather than working within an existing system, you will build, evolve, and own the design system that enables the wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality work. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on craft to ensure the brand is unmistakable across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Design System & Identity: Build and maintain the visual design system, including typography, color, iconography, motion language, and component libraries (in Frontify or similar). Brand Strategy: Translate brand positioning and target audience insights into a distinct visual language. Craft & Execution: Create original hero assets, key visuals, and campaign identities while maintaining master-level visual execution. Brand Governance: Review design work across the team, provide clear visual feedback, and safeguard visual integrity. Collaboration & Innovation: Educate and guide junior designers, partner with strategists, and explore new tools like AI-assisted workflows. Requirements Experience: 5-8 years in brand design or visual identity (agency or in-house). Portfolio: Demonstrates original brand identity creation and end-to-end design system documentation. Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and DAM/brand management tools like Frontify. Communication: Ability to confidently present design rationales to non-design stakeholders.
