What's in it for you as a Remote Telesales Representative? £25.5k base salary + monthly commission (OTE £32k+) No weekends and an early Friday finish at 4pm Excellent training, coaching, and career development opportunities 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays Free Sky TV package from day one Health & wellbeing support, discounted gym membership, and healthcare benefits Regular incentives and prizes All equipment provided for remote working Your Role as a Remote Telesales Representative Fully remote position with rotating shifts between 9:30am-6:30pm and 10:00am-7:00pm (Monday to Thursday), with a 4:00pm finish on Fridays Make 50-60 outbound calls per day to prospective customers Build rapport and present Sky Protect products with confidence Achieve 3-6 sales per day, with over 90% of advisers currently hitting target Deliver excellent customer service while working within compliance guidelines What We're Looking For A minimum of 12 months' outbound telesales or cold-calling experience or door-to-door within the last 3 years A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets A dedicated and quiet workspace at home Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude Recruitment Process Initial call: A conversation about your experience and the role Online assessment: Up to 30 minutes Virtual interview: One-hour interview and assessment Fast decision: Feedback within 24 hours Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
