Purchase Ledger Clerk Role

Role Overview: We are seeking a pro-active purchase ledger clerk to join a forward thinking team in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience within an accounts environment, preferably with a purchase ledger background,, possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively to deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further their career in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Processing supplier invoices • Posting all supplier payments • Reconciling supplier accounts • Processing expenses • Processing credit card statements • Processing intercompany invoices Qualifications: • Prior experience within an accounts environment, with purchase ledger experience desirable. • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills, with an ability to work to deadlines. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of professionalism and confidentiality. • Working knowledge of SAP Business 1 would be beneficial What We Offer: A comprehensive benefits package that includes: • Competitive salary • Bonus scheme • Company pension • Healthcare • Generous holiday allowance
