Warehouse Operatives

We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Measham. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products while ensuring all warehouse processes are completed safely and efficiently. We have various shifts avaialble 08.00am - 16.30pm Fixed Day Shift 07.00am - 15.30pm/ 10.00am - 18.30pm Rotating Day Shift Key Responsibilities * Accurately check, pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders. * Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming goods. * Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues promptly to management. * Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and other departments. * Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and safe at all times. * Assist with stock takes and regular cycle counts, including occasional overtime or weekend work when required. * Support the opening and closing procedures of the warehouse facility. * Process returned goods in line with company procedures. * Participate in ongoing training and development activities. * Operate materials handling equipment where authorised and trained. * Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your designated work area. Requirements * Minimum of 1 year's warehouse experience, including goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch. * Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and use initiative. * Experience using warehouse management systems is advantageous; SAP experience would be beneficial. * Good level of physical fitness, as manual handling and lifting are required as part of the role.
