Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Client have been appointed as a principal contractor on a major new build project in North West London and are now looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to join the major £400million project running until 2032, working alongside a team of 10 Surveyors (varying levels of experience). As a Senior Quantity Surveyor on the scheme there are two positions available and both positions will need someone is fully competent in understanding NEC forms of contract. 1. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Procurement biased) - You will be managing the day to day aspects of the project, placing subcontract orders, variations, CVRs and a typical surveying role. 2. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administrator) - You will be the go to person for anything contract related, managing all commercial administration services to ensure that the company's contractual obligations with regards to notices, communications and client-side reporting are met This is a major project with at least 6 years remaining on the scheme so a great opportunity for a long term project. Candidates Require: * A Degree in Quantity Surveying * A proven track record on working with NEC forms of contract and be confident in talking through these contracts * Demonstratable and robust experience as a Commercial Manager with extensive subcontractor procurement experience within the construction sector Benefits: * Up to £100,000 Salary * 10% Travel Allowance * 1 day hybrid working
