A leading tooling solutions company, established for over 80 years, seeks a skilled CNC Turner to join their long‑serving, highly experienced team. Passionate about delivering first‑class service, the team takes pride in producing high‑quality tooling across a wide range of materials. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for setting, operating and online programming on Doosan lathes using Fanuc controls, working from 2D engineering drawings to machine high‑precision components. CNC Turner duties include: * Setting and operating Doosan Lynx 300 with Fanuc Oi TF Series controls * Online programming using Fanuc controls * Working from 2D drawings to machine precision tooling * Ensuring tooling, machine condition and working practices meet required safety and quality standards * Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Successful candidate for the role of CNC Turner must possess: * Strong CNC turning experience, ideally on Doosan machinery * Confident online programming ability using Fanuc * Ability to interpret 2D engineering drawings * A self-motivated, proactive approach with confidence to make machining decisions independently * Pride in workmanship, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure * Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when required Location: Willenhall, West Midlands Hours of work: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 12:30pm Friday Salary: £18 per hour x 37-hour week - negotiable dependent upon experience Benefits: Pension, Overtime at time & third, Leisurebank (additional annual leave) If you have the skills and experience to fulfil the role of CNC Turner, please APPLY TODAY
