Export Coordinator

Our client, a long‑established freight forwarding and logistics organisation with more than five decades of industry experience are looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team at offices based in the Basildon, Essex area. Main Purpose of the Role: The Export Coordinator will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end export operations across Air, Sea and Road freight. This position is responsible for ensuring all shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly and to a high professional standard Duties and Responsibilities: * Handling Air, Sea and Road Export shipments * Completing customs clearances and ensuring full compliance * Preparing and issuing client quotations * Raising transport documentation including Air Waybills (AWB) and Bills of Lading * Managing files independently from quotation through to delivery, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end operations To be Considered: * Previous experience within export operations * Strong understanding of customs procedures * Ability to work independently and manage multiple files * Excellent communication and organisational skills For more details, please contact Willis Global - a leading Recruitment Consultancy for the Supply Chain & Logistics industry
