Well established family owned construction company specialising in the delivery of high-quality public sector projects across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, local authority, and community buildings require two project managers to join their expanding team Projects typically range in value from £500K to £3 million and typically cover London and the South-East The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Plan, programme and coordinate all aspects of project delivery. * Lead project teams to achieve programme, quality and financial objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, consultants and supply chain partners. * Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures. * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery. * Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates. * Oversee quality assurance, snagging, commissioning and final handover. The successful candidate will have: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry. * Experience delivering public sector projects. * A strong understanding of JCT contracts and construction project management. * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. * A full UK driving licence
