We're looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of rail projects across reactive, planned, and framework-based works. You'll drive operational excellence, support continuous improvement, and lead high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of current and future rail works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. * Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across delivery teams. * Identify opportunities to enhance processes, IMS functionality, automation, and system integration. * Drive initiatives that optimise performance, reduce risk, and improve project outcomes. * Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Essential Requirements * Proven project or works delivery experience within the rail or transport sector. * Experience delivering reactive and framework-based projects. * Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple sites. * Good knowledge of rail safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Desirable * APM, PMP, or PRINCE2 qualification. * Experience working within Network Rail or similar client frameworks. * Knowledge of IMS, HSQE, and governance requirements in rail delivery Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package.
