Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator East London | Full Time | Fashion Wholesale An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Coordinator to join a leading womenswear supplier, designing and delivering trend-led collections for major high street and international retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the end-to-end production process across fast-paced womenswear collections, working closely with design, sales, buying, suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage purchase orders and production from order to delivery. * Track critical paths and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. * Liaise with design, sales, buying throughout the product lifecycle. * Approve fabrics, trims, colours and samples. * Coordinate the sampling process and manage incoming samples. * Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate lead times and costs. * Monitor margins, product information and shipping timelines. * Coordinate warehouse deliveries and maintain accurate system data. * Support customer accounts with product information and merchandising updates. Skills & Experience * Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Merchandiser, or Assistant Merchandiser or similar within fashion. * Experience in womenswear fashion apparel production. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * High attention to detail with strong Excel and systems knowledge. * Commercially aware, proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable * Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers. * Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction and sampling. * Relevant qualification in Fashion, Merchandising or Business.
