Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias - Selby £56,000 - 3 Shift System - Weekends Free We're recruiting for a company that can offer a genuine onboarding plan before you're thrown into it, walking you through the equipment, the processes and the site itself, so day one doesn't mean sink or swim. Once you're settled, you'll be trusted with real responsibility of keeping production running safely and reliably, working closely with a team. Straight 8-hour shifts, no long stints and your weekends stay yours with genuine overtime opportunities on top if you want to push your earnings further. What you'll bring: * Time-served, apprentice-trained Maintenance Engineer, electrical bias (Level 3 or HNC) * Solid manufacturing or production maintenance experience * Multi-skilled engineer electrical and mechanical fault-finding * Strong pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge * PLC and drive experience On top of the £56,000 salary, 8-hour shifts and free weekends as standard, there's real scope to boost earnings further through overtime and proper training and development that actually goes somewhere, not a tick-box induction.
