Estimator Birmingham | £60,000 - £70,000 + Package | Tier 1 Main Contractor We're recruiting for an established national main contractor seeking an Estimator to join their growing Midlands pre-construction team. Working on projects across education, healthcare, commercial, industrial and public sector environments, you'll become part of a collaborative estimating function delivering high-quality tenders on projects from £5m upwards. The Role Preparing competitive tenders, analysing drawings and specifications, obtaining subcontract quotations, value engineering solutions, producing cost plans and working closely with operational teams throughout the pre-construction process. About You * Previous estimating experience with a main contractor. * Strong commercial and numerical skills. * Experience pricing new build and refurbishment projects. * Excellent communication and organisational abilities. * Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
