Job Title: Electrician Location: Loughton, Epping, Ongar & Bishop's Stortford Salary: £40,000-£42,000 per annum + OTE up to £52,000 (including overtime and call-outs) Job Type: Permanent Daniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a growing team delivering electrical maintenance and repairs across social housing properties. The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic electrical works, including reactive repairs, fault finding, testing, remedial works and planned maintenance within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. The Role Carry out domestic electrical repairs and reactive maintenance. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults. Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification. Undertake remedial works following electrical inspections. Carry out planned and responsive maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.Requirements for the Electrician NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (can put you through if needed) City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) preferred. Experience working within domestic or social housing maintenance. Full UK Manual Driving Licence.Benefits for the Electrician £40,000-£42,000 basic salary.
