HGV Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity A&G Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established pallet network operator based in Reading for an experienced HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for regular weekday work with no weekend or bank holiday commitments. The Role * Delivering palletised goods to private customer premises and local businesses * Multi-drop deliveries within the local area * Completing two delivery runs per day * Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally * Completing all relevant delivery paperwork and vehicle checks Working Hours * Monday to Friday only * No weekends * No Bank Holidays * 8:00am start time * 10 hours guaranteed per shift Pay Rates Temporary Period: * £17.00 per hour plus holiday pay * £19.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay Permanent Position: * £17.50 per hour * 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Bank Holidays paid Requirements * Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card * Previous multi-drop experience * Pallet network experience is essential * Good customer service skills and a professional attitude If you're an experienced Class 2 driver with pallet network experience and are looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a clear path to permanent employment, we'd love to hear from you.
