Quality Manager

Quality Manager Billericay, Essex | Bonus + Benefits We're recruiting for a growing manufacturing business that designs, manufactures and installs specialist engineered products across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Quality Manager to take ownership of the quality function, improve existing processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll work closely with manufacturing, engineering and installation teams to improve quality throughout the production process. Quality Manager Responsibilities: * Managing and improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System * Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions * Driving continuous improvement and reducing defects * Monitoring quality performance and customer feedback * Working across departments to improve processes and standards * Carrying out occasional customer site visits and quality audits The Quality Manager will have: * Experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer within manufacturing or engineering * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems * Experience with root cause analysis, Lean, 8D, 5 Whys or similar methodologies * A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to drive positive change Package: * Salary of up to £52,000 * Performance-related bonus * Company pension, life assurance and 5 weeks' holiday * Half Day Fridays; Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:15pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm If you're looking for a Quality Manager role where you'll have genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a growing manufacturing business, please get in touch
