CNC Operator & Setter

Pay: £16.00 per hour Job description: CNC Setter / Operator Temp to Perm | Immediate Start | 37-Hour Week We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer. Duties: * Set and operate CNC machines (Fanuc, Mazak/Mazatrol and Citizen/Mitsubishi controls) * Read and interpret engineering drawings * Set tooling and fixtures * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment * Complete quality documentation * Maintain high standards of quality and housekeeping Requirements: * 3-5 years' CNC setting and operating experience * Experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol and Mitsubishi controls * Ability to read engineering drawings * Good attention to detail * Quality-focused and reliable Desirable: * Lean Manufacturing / 5S knowledge * Background in precision engineering Benefits: * Private healthcare * Pension matched up to 6% * Employee ownership programme * Early finish on Fridays * Modern workshop with ongoing investment and training This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start, offering long-term prospects with a well-established engineering company.
