Warehouse Operative (FLT Licence Required) Location: Loughborough Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our client in Loughborough. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Key Responsibilities * Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. * Loading and unloading deliveries. * Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. * Moving and storing stock within the warehouse. * Carrying out checks and inventory tasks. * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. * Following health and safety procedures at all times. Essential Requirements * Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance) * Previous warehouse experience. * Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. * Good attention to detail. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. * Basic IT and numeracy skills.
