Multi-Trade Operative – Full-Time Position We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and general building works across both commercial and domestic properties. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out general building and maintenance works * Basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating * Property repairs and refurbishment projects * Kitchen and bathroom installations * Internal and external maintenance works * Brickwork repairs and minor groundworks * Diagnosing and resolving building defects * Working from job specifications and site instructions * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales * Adhering to Health & Safety regulations at all times Requirements * Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or General Builder * Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance and construction * Competent across a variety of trades including carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and basic plumbing * Ability to work independently and use initiative * Good problem-solving and communication skills * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Full UK driving licence essential * CSCS card desirable What We Offer * Full-time, permanent position * Competitive salary based on experience * Variety of work across commercial and domestic sectors * Company vehicle (where applicable) * Ongoing work with a growing business * Supportive working environment * Opportunities for progression and further training If you are a skilled Multi-Trade Operative with experience in general building works and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company, we would like to hear from you.
