Are you an experienced Facilities Engineer or Maintenance Lead looking for a highly visible role within a cutting-edge engineering and technology environment, where you will play a key role in maintaining and improving critical building services and electrical infrastructure across a complex technical site environment. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage PPM and reactive maintenance activities * Support HVAC, power distribution, BMS, emergency lighting, fire alarms and building services systems * Drive compliance, reliability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following: * HNC/HND Electrical Engineering or equivalent desirable or be Time-Served with relevant experience * Knowledge of BMS, CAFM and electrical compliance systems desirable but not essential * NEBOSH / IOSH / 18th Edition beneficial * Ideally the successful candidate will be an Environmental, or an HSE Senior Officer / Facilities Manager with relevant experience within a relevant Manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects, an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
