We’re looking for an experienced Application Developer to join our client's talented development team supporting and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications used by global clients. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, modernising legacy systems, and delivering stable, high-performing solutions — this could be the role for you. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing critical Delphi-based applications, working closely with technical teams and business users to deliver reliable software improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support long-term system stability. What you’ll bring: * Strong commercial experience with Delphi (XE2, XE10 & later) 10 yrs+ experience * Solid MS SQL Server / Transact SQL expertise 10yrs + exp. * Experience with .Net C# 3 yrs + exp. * Knowledge of enterprise-scale, data-driven applications * Ability to analyse, refactor, and improve existing codebases * Experience working within structured SDLC environments * Strong problem-solving and communication skills The role: * Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications * Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance issues * Collaborate with business users and technical teams * Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions * Contribute to ongoing system improvements and future development projects This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the stability and evolution of business-critical systems.
