Senior Revit MEP Technician 📍 Euston, London 💼 Full-Time | Permanent About the Role My Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Revit MEP Technician to join their dynamic team based in their Euston, London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to play a key role in delivering high-quality building services designs across a diverse portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities * Produce detailed and coordinated MEP models using Revit in line with project requirements * Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration * Lead the development of BIM standards and workflows within the team * Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications * Support project delivery from concept through to completion * Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development Requirements * Minimum 4 years’ experience working as a Revit MEP Technician within the building services industry * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP * Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems * Experience working within a BIM Level 2 (or higher) environment * Excellent coordination and communication skills * Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines Desirable Skills * Familiarity with Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools * Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards * Experience working on complex or large-scale projects What My Client Offers * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on high-profile and technically challenging projects * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Career development and progression opportunities If you are a proactive and detail-oriented Revit MEP Technician looking to take the next step in your career, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within a forward-thinking consultancy
