Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) - East London 📍 East London | Leading Main Contractor | L&Q Framework | Excellent Salary + Fuel Card We are recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading main contractor delivering works on the L&Q framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking contractor with a strong reputation across the social housing and retrofit sectors. The Project You’ll be working on Social Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) schemes, delivering: * External Wall Insulation (EWI) * Window replacements * Roofing works * External repairs and associated improvements These works will be carried out in occupied residential properties, so strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. The Role As Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key link between site teams and residents, ensuring works run smoothly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: * Pre-start meetings and resident consultations * Managing expectations around programme and access * Handling queries, concerns and complaints professionally * Coordinating access to properties * Supporting vulnerable residents * Ensuring a positive customer journey throughout the works About You * Previous experience as an RLO within social housing, refurbishment or retrofit * Ideally experience working on SHDF or decarbonisation projects * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Empathetic, organised and confident dealing with residents in occupation * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * Highly competitive salary * Fully expensed fuel card * Strong, supportive company culture * Secure, long-term framework projects * Opportunity to grow within a leading contractor This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor that genuinely values both its residents and its staff
