Job Title: HCA Team Leader Location:Lowestoft Service: Care Home Shift Pattern: Days/Nights/Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated HCA Team Leader to join our care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Healthcare Assistant ready to take the next step, leading shifts and ensuring high standards of care are delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities: * Leading and coordinating the care team during your shift * Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks * Administering medication (where trained and competent) * Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records * Providing guidance, supervision, and support to care staff * Ensuring compliance with policies and care standards What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as a Senior HCA or Team Leader * Strong leadership and communication skills * A compassionate and professional approach * Good knowledge of safeguarding and care standards * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable) What We Offer: * Competitive rate of pay * Ongoing training and career progression * Supportive management team * Opportunities for development If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and confident in leading a team, we would love to hear from you
