Recruitment Consultant – Automotive Sector (Warm Desk / £50k+ OTE) Location: Bournemouth Earnings: Up To £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£50,000+ OTE) OFFICE BASED, NOT REMOTE OR HYBRID Auto Skills UK is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant or high-performing Sales Professional to join our Bournemouth office and take over a warm desk within the automotive recruitment sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, sales, automotive, telesales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience who wants to build a long-term career with strong earning potential. We have an excellent reputation in the industry and a 4.9-star Google rating. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360 recruitment process within the automotive sector.
