About the role: * This is an opportunity to be part of a small team. This property utilises fresh local seasonal produce and sources other ingredients from the market. Traditional British / European cuisine on offer. Key Responsibilities and who we are looking for: The role of Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie will require you: * To assist and support the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. * This is a hands-on role using fresh produce * You will have good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc. * You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. * This role will require that you work lunch / evenings and week-ends which are the busiest times. * You will have previous restaurant food to order chef experience. * Some function work experience.
