HR Advisor

Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role! What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing employee relations cases * Leading end-to-end recruitment on site * Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives * Coaching and up-skilling line managers * Supporting various projects and initiatives * Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers What We’re Looking For: * Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases) * Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions * Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar * Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office * CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential Why Apply? * Play a key role at the heart of a busy site * Be part of a people-first culture that values passion and continuous improvement If you’re ready to take on a hands-on HR role where your expertise makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you
