We’re Hiring: Sales / Business Development Executive Location: Crossgates, Leeds (Office-Based, Full Time) Industry: Construction Labour Hire Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + realistic OTE of £50,000+ Are you a confident, energetic B2B sales professional looking for your next challenge? We’re a well-established labour hire company, supplying temporary trades and labour to the construction industry across the UK. In line with our growth plans, we’re looking to add a Sales / Business Development Executive to our Leeds-based team. Main Duties: * Identifying and reaching out to new and lapsed clients in the construction industry * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Working alongside our recruitment and delivery team to ensure excellent service * Hitting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business * Bringing energy, enthusiasm and ideas to the office each day What We’re Looking For: * Previous B2B sales experience is essential (industry background is flexible) * Confident, outgoing and a natural communicator * Highly motivated and target-driven * A team player who thrives in a busy, supportive environment * Someone who enjoys and can contribute to a lively office environment.
