The Role: As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations. You will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including but not limited to: * Mergers and acquisitions * Corporate governance and compliance * Private equity and venture capital transactions * Joint ventures and shareholder agreements * Commercial contracts You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals and be an integral part of a firm that values innovation, commercial awareness, and client-focused solutions.
